HIGH SEASON ( 1.5.-31.10., holidays outside this period) :
• double room: 115€ – 135€ (July, August +30%  for 1 or 2    days’ s stays)
• double room (single use): 95€-100€ (July, August +30%  for 1 or 2    days’ s stays)
• triple room: 135€ – 145€ (July, August +30%  for 1 or 2    days’ s stays)

LOW SEASON:
• double room: 95€ – 110€
• double room (single use): 85€ -90€
• triple room: 120€ – 125€

The price does not include: breakfast, tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person and night, children 7-18 yrs: 1,57€ per night)
The price includes: wi-fi, air-conditioning, one parking lot, an additional hour of row-boat rental;
Breakfast options:  abundant room-service breakfast on request: 15€ per person
-Buffet-breakfast possible at the next door Čarman restaurant: 15€ per person  (payable directly to the property)
